Gym

Believe it or not, but I'm a big fan of indoor sports. Well, my body looks nothing like Victoria Beckham and you may question why I look THIS big even after doing sports.. well.. the answer is I dont know why.
Maybe it's just in the genes that I was not born with a stick-thin body.

Anyway, my love for running on the treadmill started about 4-5 years ago?? Anyway, it was after my dad bought a running machine and in Singapore I moved to a condominium with gym facility.
I started running, like religiously... About 5times per week and each session of running lasts about 30minutes. I admit it was because I wanted to lose weight.
But, oh my, of course in the end I didnt lose that much weight, partly because I didnt control my eating, but neverthelesss, I started to like that sport.

During that 30minutes of running you can listen to your favorite music through iPod without anyone bothering you. After the run you sweat like mad and the feeling was great. It's like endorphine that keeps you happy.

Maybe I didnt lose weight. My leg got more muscular instead of skinnier but well, who cares?
I exercise anyway.

Now I dont really exercise to lose weight. I'll just exercise to keep healthy.

And yes, I dont gym just because of it's the trend. I really exercise when i go to celebrity fitness.
Maybe I need to control my diet as well to lose weight.


Hmmmm...
